Policies

Terms: Accepted forms of payment include: Paypal, check, or money order. Preferred method is Paypal, and will mean a faster processing time. If you will be paying via check or money order, send an invoice with the payment which has your ordered items. This will be a slower processing time, since I require the payments to clear prior to beginning the order.

Because of the customization and hand dyed nature of these yarns, there are no dyelots. All efforts have been made to photograph the yarn in natural light, however, since computer screens can display colors differently, the buyer is encouraged to request samples before placing an order.

Returns: If there was an error in your order, or if there is a defect, promptly contact me at jennifer@expertlydyed.com within 30 days of your shipping date. If a return of the yarn/fiber is warranted, please return your item(s) with a copy of your invoice. If after you receive your product and you're not satisfied, contact me within 30 days of your shipping date for a full return minus shipping. If you're ever in doubt, please don't hesitate to contact me--I want to make us both happy!

Shipping: Domestic and International shipping options are currently available. If you would like international shipping, please include a note at checkout, and I will adjust your shipping according to the location. If you're asking to ship internationally, please postpone paying via PayPal until I send you an updated invoice. This will make operations for me smoother (I check e-mail often, so it won't delay your order). Shipping is based on weight of goods, with a small buffer to account for package materials. In some instances, the shape or fullness of an item will change the shipping rates slightly. You are charged for shipping only. Delivery confirmation is standard for all packages. If you'd like your order insured, please send an e-mail to jennifer@expertlydyed.com.

Privacy: Your information is never sold to any other parties. I value your privacy, and will not be used in advertising or spam.

Wholesale: Expertly Dyed is currently taking orders for wholesalers. If you are a retailer looking to stock my yarns or fiber (whether brick-and-mortar or online), please send a wholesale account request to me at jennifer@expertlydyed.com with the subject line "Wholsesale request". There is a separate listing for all items. I am available to do a 60/40 or 50/50 split on wholesale orders. Please indicate which offer you will take, or if it is up for negotiation.
